It is amazing to think our Lord loves us so much. Especially knowing how poorly we can behave from time to time. The Holy Scriptures describe a love, compassion and care greater than any person could extend. Please let me share how valuable we are to God in a few verses. 
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? (Matthew 6:26)
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows (Matthew 10:29-31)
The Lord said to them, “If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out? How much more valuable is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath (Matthew 12:12).
Each of these wonderful scriptures beautifully describes the love our Lord has for us. Plus, the greater revelation is in the love we could very easily extend to others in our daily lives.
